However, if you choose to cancel after the first 60 days and prior to the end of month 12 you will be subject to a termination fee equal to the amount of monthly payments left on your annual subscription. For purpose of clarity, if you pay for 6 months and have 6 months remaining on your annual subscription, which starts at date of enrollment, you will be charged a termination fee equal to the then current monthly fee of QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise multiplied by 6 months remaining months left on annual subscription.

Right Networks performs backups of all cloud access data on a nightly basis and retains the back-ups for a rolling day period in a protected offsite facility as an additional level of protection. There is no limitation to the size of a customer’s back-up. Customers are responsible for verifying the integrity of the hosted data at least every 90 days. Right Networks employs Snapshot technology to backup customer data. Snapshots are taken daily and then replicated to another physical Right Networks facility for Disaster Recovery.

My worst fear was that the version would corrupt my data. Anyway, I ordered the disk version since so many were reporting issues trying to access the download program. When i installed it I stopped all antivirus services on my machine Eset, Windows Defender, and Malwarebytes and ran through the installation process. Then I opened PRO and converted the existing company files. The good news is everything went smoothly. Not one hiccup. I’ve been using the new install for 24 hours including opening and closing several times and have not had any issues.

Finally switched over from Quicken to Quickbooks after a decade. Had tried doing it 5 years ago, but the increase in complexity was too much. This time, I paid a bookkeeper to help me set it up, and after my first day on my own I know I’ll never go back to Quicken. If you have a small business or three and are hesitating at spending a couple hundred on Quickbooks, go ahead and do it. Even though I don’t use payroll or inventory, Quickbooks’ basic functionality and invoicing makes it worth it.

Just found out it can download my banking information and memorize entries No more repetitive typing of McDonalds and Sonic! When I do get stuck, lots of help online. Highly recommend, as if the world doesn’t already know. Oh my gosh! I keep books for my husband, who is building houses with a partner. I have called QuickBooks for help a time or two, and they like to dance all around the problem without answering the question because they want to sell you an online assistance program that is very expensive.

However, I have gotten just enough information out of them to get set up and going. I have reconciled two or three times, and I’m good to go. You have to stay with it, use critical thinking skills, and search for online answers to problems as they arise.

Perseverance pays off. The Desktop version is cheaper, and we don’t use payroll, so it’s probably the best answer for our situation.

Nobody has access to it but me, and I have it loaded onto two computers. I have to reenter information, but that works because I rethink and doublecheck myself. I hated the program until I finally figured it out, and now I love it. You just have to pull a few all-nighters and stay with it. It will finally all fall into place. I would definitely recommend the product for a small business. Just don’t expect QuickBooks to provide a lot of answers unless you are a bulldog.

One person found this helpful. QuickBooks , in my opinion, is probably the best business software for small to large businesses. It’s interface is clear and concise and you can purchase the level of software you want. The “Pro” version is the lowest priced version and should suit most companies that want a simple solution to the daily tracking of your business income and expenses.

Full customization of many forms and easy to work. This edition can be for a single user, or you can purchase the upgraded versions for multi-user networking use. Most anyone who would be using this program would not necessarily need to attend classes just to run it. There is company who does go all over the country teaching this program and they are VERY good! I attended a 2-day seminar on the use of QuickBooks and it was very rewarding. No, I’m no perfect expert, but there are also blogs available to sign into for questions beyond what you may be able to find online.

There are third party books on running this also. I have QuickBooks for Dummies now. You won’t go wrong with this software!! It was cheaper for me to buy this than the annual subscription of the same product. I hate the fact that intuit makes their old versions obsolete after several years, but it seems pretty standard. Also it does not seem like there were really that many changes from the version I used before, so there is not really any reason to “up-grade” to the unless you are forced to.
