I did some more research into my problem. I decided to restore my system to my latest backup. The problem disappeared. Then I checked the behavior of Microsoft Office after every change – any Windows update and any installation of software that I might have applied since my last backup. It turns out that the problem appears when I install Malwarebytes and it disappears when I uninstall it.

So, I created a ticket with Malwarebytes and I’ll work with them to resolve the problem. It’s likely that they will claim an incompatibility with my anti-virus software and I’ll be left with the choice of Malwarebytes or my anti-virus software. Identify whether your computer has one of the affected Intel graphics drivers. To do this, follow these steps:. I appreciate and empathize with your frustrations. But that doesn’t justify your comments. Win 10 was downloaded by over 5 million people prior to release.

I was one of them. While I can’t say I vigorously tested it, I ran into no problems when I used it.
